Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, along with photos and documentation of product issue/reasoning for refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at onlyscreamingwolf@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Discounted/Clearance Items are sold AS IS and are nonrefundable.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, this includes but is not limited to: Custom products, warn costumes/parts, washed products/parts, and digital designs.
Refunds Keychains & Accessories
For a refund under $10.00 US, we normally do not request a product to be returned if sufficient evidence and documentation are provided. For products over $10.00 US, depending on situation, we request the product to be mailed back in order to issue a full refund. If the shipment of the product is not possible by the customer we offer an online discount for your next order.
Refunds Fursuits & Fursuit Parts
The original downpayment for the Product is non-refundable, this is to cover material and time costs. This payment can range from 30%-35% of total product price, not including shipping costs.
Refunds for Fursuits & Fursuit parts require the product to be shipped back to Crystal Spirit Studios.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your PayPal account. Refunds over $100.00 will come in monthly installments depending on the circumstances regarding product condition and income.
If a refund is requested when commission is over 50% completed I have the right to edit the part/suit and resell the product.
If you ship supplies to me for your commission you will have to pay for the shipping to get them back, but it is not guaranteed that all items will be recovered. If unrecoverable a deal can be made to either buy the unfinished suit or we can offer you a portion of the retail price on the parts you had sent.
We retain all rights to deny refund if product is unsalvageable, warn, or modified.
