Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders, once completed, are processed within 3-7 business days. (Weekdays, monday-friday not including holidays)
Delays in shipment order can be expected on holidays, natural disasters, or restrictions on shipments the customer's location or sender's location. Updates regarding shipments can be communicated using our email, or will be posted publicly on our Instagram or Twitter.
For custom orders an estimated completion date will be in the description of the item, or will be disgusted using our sites social media, or our business email, Onlyscreamingwolf@gmail.com.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be provided at check out and on your order receipt.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
After shipping is paid and order is packaged, the customer will receive emails regarding shipment confirmation and tracking number provided by Shopify.com and USPS.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Crystal Spirit Studios is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Crystal Spirit Studios is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
